We know that a service like ours prompts a lot of questions, so we've created a system by which to answers those questions as efficiently as possible.
First, we've created a relatively extensive collection
of Frequently Asked Questions.
The odds are pretty good that your question will be answered there.
Then there's the Ka-Blam Message Center ... your direct line to the staff of Ka-Blam!
The Message Center is designed specifically to handle communication regarding your Ka-Blam orders. By logging into your Ka-Blam account and clicking the
My Info button you can send messages directly to the Ka-Blam staff. Messages regarding a specific order are automatically tagged and attached DIRECTLY to that order. In this way every
time the Ka-Blam staff looks at your order from our admin panel or our administrative queue your messages will be seen.
You may send a message regarding ANY order regardless of the order status -- shipped, unshipped, etc.
You may also direct general printing questions not related to any specific order to us via the Message Center.

If you live in the central Florida area and would like to pick up your orders directly from our offices you may do so ... as long as you schedule the pickup with us at least 48 hours in advance. Our
lease does not permit walk-in business -- a zoning issue, we're told -- so you must have an appointment with us (and as our offices are adjacent to the management offices we have to be
sticklers on that point). If you choose to pickup your books from our offices your orders will of course not be subject to shipping charges, however our
handling/packaging charge will still apply.
