Custom T-Shirt Ordering Form Overhauled
Simplified and Streamlined
OK, so we heard you ... our new custom t-shirt ordering system was a bit too confusing and complicated, so we have completely re-coded it! Completely. The ordering process for custom t-shirts is now very similar to the ordering process for any other item at Ka-Blam. You place the order, tell us where the digital files are, we get the files, validate them, then send you an invoice -- complete with a digital PROOF! Very simple, very straight-forward. IndyPlanet Earnings Error Discovered
Black and White TPB Calculations Slightly Off
We have recently discovered a math error in our earnings calculations for black and white trade paperbacks sold at IndyPlanet. This code error effects ONLY black and white trade paperbacks and NO OTHER products at IndyPlanet. We had an incorrect variable in one of our equations that was causing the price we subtracted for printing from IndyPlanet sales of bw trade paperbacks to be slightly higher than price of the same trade paperback at Ka-Blam. We have corrected the error in the code so all earnings from all sales at IndyPlanet from this point on will be calculated accurately. We have also been able to pinpoint the date the error was initially made and we are now in the process of auditing all IP orders since that date and correcting the sales and earnings info for all creators affected by this error. The amounts we are talking about are relatively small ... so small that it took us a lot longer than it should have to catch the error. But the size of the problem is no excuse for the problem. We apologize for our mistake and are working hard to get it all corrected. We will be contacting those of you affected by this as we finish our audit and give you an accounting of your actual sales and earnings at IndyPlanet. Again, we are sorry for our mistake and ask your forebearance as we work to rectify it.
