Ahhhhh….Spring is here and with it a convention somewhere EVERY weekend!

I just got back from a wonderful trip to Anaheim and WonderCon. I met a lot of you there and not a chance to introduce us and our services to a lot of creator/publishers. I love attending conventions. Conventions are invigorating. They make you want to go home and create! They give you that drive to finally finish up that next issue you’ve been working on for a mighty long time. It’s heartening to see the passion to create comics in so many people.

In this first chapter, the laconic Vane Black catches up with outlaw John Henry Hunter at the fringe of the territories, where Hunter is attempting to win a seemingly significant item of jewelry of heiress Veronique Dauterive.

Next Town Over is a paean to the western with liberal splashes of steampunk and sorcery; a twisted yarn about the nature of good and bad that’s only just begun to unravel.

This book is right up my alley–steampunk and spookiness! Combine those an you get an automatic thumbs up. Put in excellent art and prepare to enjoy!
