Ka-Blam Tip o’ the Day — Ship-by Dates vs. Arrival Dates

This one happens a LOT. We try to be as clear as we can on the order form, but it still seems a lot of folks confuse ship-by dates for arrival dates. Be careful not to make that mistake when ordering.
We never promise that you’ll have your order in hand by a certain date … only that we’ll get the order into the hands of the shipping company (UPS or USPS) by a given date. That’s what ship-by date means.
So when scheduling your orders please, please, please add a cushion of a few extra days for transit time.
