We’ve been struggling through mechanical difficulties with our paperback binder for almost two weeks now. The machine was functional, but slow.
We had parts on order to repair the problems, but the parts’ arrival proved equally slow in coming. Consequently, we’ve fallen a few days behind on paperback and hardback binding.
Good news, though! The parts did finally arrive. They’ve been installed and the binder is back and better than ever!
We’re working very hard to get caught back up and anticipate being back on schedule sometime over the weekend. We apologize to those of you we’re running behind on, but promise to get caught back up as quickly as we can and to refund any expedited printing charges paid on orders where we may have missed your ship-by date.
